Ezekiel Emanuel, vice provost for global initiatives and chair of the Medical Ethics and Health Policy Department at the University of Pennsylvania, discussed the economics of the Affordable Care Act at the 2012 Aspen Ideas Festival. Governor Romney has promised to introduce a bill to repeal the Act on his first day in office, if elected.

Now the nation—especially Washington journalists, political strategists, talking heads, and bloggers—waits with bated breath for the announcement of the Court’s decision in the Affordable Care Act case.
