Ezekiel Emanuel, vice provost for global initiatives and chair of the Medical Ethics and Health Policy Department at the University of Pennsylvania, discussed the economics of the Affordable Care Act at the 2012 Aspen Ideas Festival. Governor Romney has promised to introduce a bill to repeal the Act on his first day in office, if elected.

There is much to say about the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the Affordable Care Act, and most of it has already been said. As I predicted, with the whole nation watching, the Justices put the rule of law above partisanship.
