The 28th Annual Awards Dinner was held on November 3 at The Plaza Hotel in New York. Former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was presented with the Henry Crown Leadership Award. Newark, NJ Mayor Cory Booker, DC Public Schools Chancellor Kaya Henderson, and former NYC Schools Chancellor Joel Klein together received Aspen Institute Public Service Awards for Leadership in Education.
