The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) held its second annual Metrics & Evaluation Conference, Metrics from the Ground Up, on June 7th and 8^th, 2010  in Washington, DC.  This conference included sessions on the current metrics landscape, updates and working sessions on the Impact Reporting and Investment Standards (IRIS) Initiative, an overview of new impact assessment tools, and more.
