September 20th, Partners for a New Beginning Pakistan member and Rockefeller Foundation Innovation Forum honoree Dr. Sania Nishtar will launch the Sania Nishtar Health Fund, created to support Heartfile Health Financing in Pakistan.

Heartfile Health Financing is a fully transparent patient-donor matching platform that allows Pakistan's uninsured to receive medical treatment without falling into the medical poverty trap. Dr. Nishtar's Health Fund will allow for the scaling up of the current Heartfile Health Financing system.
