Please join us in welcoming the PNB-NAPEO Algeria local board members as well as several Algerian artists and creative industry leaders as they participate in an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) study tour of the United States, "Preserving and Promoting the Arts". The Department of State's Office of International Visitors manages and funds the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).
