London Summit on Family Planning
Honorable Mary Robinson, Chair of the Global Leaders Council for Reproductive Health and former President of Ireland, and Honorable Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, GLC member and Minister of Health of Ethiopia, will speak at the London Family Planning Summit.
The Summit, organized by the UK Department for International Development and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, aims to mobilize the financial resources and political commitments necessary to expand access to family planning to an additional 120 million women in the poorest countries who want to plan their families but do not have access to modern contraception.
