A new report, to be released at this event, details how new technology to improve data on the nonprofit sector can spur innovation and impact. Authors are Beth Noveck, former director of the White House Open Government Initiative, and Daniel Goroff who while at the Office of Science and Technology Policy, helped establish the new Interagency Task Force on Smart Disclosure.
