This Society of Fellows symposium will address an overview of historical and contemporary religious diversity in the United States, the intersection of religious tolerance and an open democracy, and prospects for the near future. The program, spanning one morning and one afternoon, will feature preparatory readings, lecture, and moderated discussion.
