Youth Poetry Slam
Aspen Writers’ Foundation presents Slammin’ Students at PAC3 in the Third Street Center in Carbondale, featuring voices from middle and high school students from throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. All students are welcome to participate; no prior experience necessary.
The slam will be led by visiting artists from Arizona, Myrlin Hepworth and Logan “Dirtyverbs” Phillips. Judges will be selected from the audience. Winners of the slam will perform with Hepworth, Phillips and acclaimed Brooklyn performance artist Lemon Andersen at The Wheeler on February 13, 6:30 pm.
