Will Lifting the Oil Export Ban Help US Manufacturing?

The Aspen Institute Manufacturing and Society in the 21st Century program is hosting an event at its Washington, DC, headquarters to explore the rationale for lifting the ban, either fully or partially, on the export of crude oil. Emphasis will be on the impact of such a change on the manufacturing industry, on jobs in the United States, on the efficiency of the oil and gas sector, and on larger foreign policy concerns.
