Africa Leadership Initiative – South Africa, Class 9: The Promise of Leadership

The Africa Leadership Initiative captures the energy, talent, and resolve of an emerging generation of leaders in Africa and engages them in confronting the foremost challenges of their countries. Founded in 2001 by four Henry Crown Fellows, it is a collaborative venture of the Institute, the Databank Foundation (Ghana), Infotech Investments (Tanzania), LEAP Africa (Nigeria), and the Letsema Foundation (South Africa). The initiative currently has three distinct programs in West Africa, East Africa, and South Africa.
