The Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Program in partnership with Aspen Institute India, the World Resources Institute, the Confederation of Indian Industry and the Center for American Progress have convened high-ranking civil society individuals from India and the United States in a "Track II" Dialogue. This process aims to foster trust and cooperation between the two countries through sustained, direct exchanges involving influential non-governmental actors on both sides with close ties to their respective governments.
