**New**  Watch the Dialogue on the Future of Content 2020

As the means of communication become faster, cheaper and easier to copy, traditional business models and legal protections for the content being transmitted are undergoing drastic changes. The user-centric “control revolution,” and the behavioral changes that have accompanied it, are causing significant disruption to traditional models for the production, delivery and reception of information. The Dialogue on the Future of Content 2020, moderated by Aspen Institute President Walter Isaacson, addressed underlying trends, business models, legal protections and public attitudes towards the creation, manipulation, transmission and receipt of content in the Digital Age.

Joining Isaacson on the panel was New Yorker columnist, author and premier media critic Ken Auletta, author of the book Googled, the End of the World as We Know It, and Washington Post Executive Editor Marcus Brauchli.

“Ken Auletta has long been one of the foremost commentators on the development of media, and Marcus Brauchli is at the center of the storm,” said Isaacson.  “Together, their insights should set the stage for a dynamic dialogue on the future of the content industries.”
