Andrea Browne-Phillips is the Assistant Director of the Aspen Environment Forum and Administration of the Aspen Institute Energy and Environment Program. In this capacity she oversees the program's day-to-day operations and administration, working closely with the Executive Director in strategic planning, developing and implementing program initiatives and managing the Aspen Environment Forum. As Assistant Director of the Forum, Andrea oversees program development, business operations, logistics and implementation.
Before joining the Energy and Environment Program, Andrea was a Researcher for Institute's Economic Opportunities Program, and conducted performance and outcomes measurement and evaluation for microenterprise organizations. Prior to this, she was a Producer and Presenter for the Caribbean Sport Television Network.
Ms. Phillips is a Phd candidate in Values Driven Leadership at Benedictine University, a graduate of Georgetown University and St. Francis College. She also serves as a Fellow of the International Career Advancement Program and a Leadership Fellow and member of the Alumni Council of The Fund for American Studies and a board member of the Caribbean Satellite Television Network.
