Biography

Douglas Farrar joined the Aspen Institute Congressional Program in 2012. The Aspen Congressional Program is a nongovernmental, nonpartisan public policy education program for members of the United States Congress and their staff. The program is funded solely by foundations. Previously, Douglas was a communications and policy advisor to several members of the House of Representatives. Douglas holds his Masters degree in Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University after completing his thesis on the role of earmarks in the federal budget and legislative process.
