Biography

Rebecca Darr joined Aspen BSP in December 2007 in a newly created role to advance outreach to the business and investor community on the Aspen Principles for Long-Term Value Creation and other work of the Corporate Values Strategy Group.

As an independent consultant, Ms. Darr helped clients in North America and Asia with sustainability strategy development and change management; clients have included start-up and long-running businesses from multiple industries, social enterprises and NGOs. Ms. Darr was part of the first, internally-oriented corporate responsibility team at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, she was a management consultant with Deloitte from 1996 to 2004, where she served government and private sector clients.

Ms. Darr holds a BA magna cum laude from Rice University and received her MBA, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan. In 2005, she completed a post-graduate certificate in cross-sector partnerships at Cambridge University, England.
