Timothy K. Krauskopf
Timothy Krauskopf is a self-described serial entrepreneur who is currently operating Round Lake Freight, a small truck transportation company serving the restaurant supply industry in the Chicago region. Round Lake looks for and implements technology advantages in the transportation business. Mr. Krauskopf has also held a variety of management and technical roles dealing with the Internet and high technologies. These include Vice President in the Internet Software and Content Group at Motorola, Inc., leadership positions at start up companies Parlano, Inc., and PCQuote.com, Inc., and Head of Information Services at The Field Museum in Chicago. Mr. Krauskopf was also a co-founder, Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Research and Development for Spyglass, Inc., which produced the forerunner to Microsoft’s Internet Explorer browser, Spyglass Mosaic. He is an Inaugural Fellow in the Henry Crown Fellowship Program at the Aspen Institute.
