On Thursday, April 11^th 2013, the Aspen Forum for Community Solutions in partnership with Jobs for the Future hosted a Bidder’s Conference for the Opportunity Youth Incentive Fund (OYIF). The purpose of the Bidder’s Conference was to provide a comprehensive understanding of the RFP to the 36 communities that were invited to apply to the OYIF.
