| Kavita N. Ramdas: served as President and CEO of the Global Fund for Women from 1996 to September 2010. Kavita currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Global Fund for Women. She is a Visiting Scholar and Fellow to Stanford University's Center for Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law (CDDRL) and the Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society (PACS). Kavita also chairs the Expert Working Group of the Global Leaders Council for Reproductive Health of the Aspen Institute. |
![]() | Joy Phumaphi: a Botswana national, is former Vice President for Human Development at the World Bank, former Minister of Health for Botswana, and interim Executive Secretary of the African Leaders Malaria Alliance. Before joining the Bank in 2007, Joy served as Assistant Director General for Family and Community Health at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, managing a global staff of more than 1,100, and representing the World Health Organization on the Board of the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI). Joy is a member of the Global Leaders Council for Reproductive Health of the Aspen Institute. |

| Dr. Brian O’Neill: is a Scientist III in the Institute for the Study of Society and Environment (ISSE) at NCAR. He also leads the Population and Climate Change (PCC) Program at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) in Laxenburg, Austria. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Systems Science and an M.S. in Applied Science, both from New York University and served as lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s Fourth Assessment Report on impacts, adaptation and vulnerability. |

| Dr. Suneeta Sharma: is a senior researcher at the Futures Group. Dr Sharma has over 17 years of experience in health policy, financing, and equity. She has expertise in leading and managing USAID global, regional, and country level projects, and providing technical direction in the design, implementation, and monitoring of workplans and budgets for Family Planning/Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, and health. |

| Dr. Scott Moreland: is a senior researcher at the Futures Group. He has worked in more than 30 countries and has a worldwide reputation as a developer of policy analysis models. Dr. Moreland has a unique interdisciplinary mix of experience in empirical research, modeling, policy, and data analysis and use in the areas of population, reproductive health, and human resources. Dr. Moreland currently serves as Futures Group’s principle investigator (PI) on the MEASURE Evaluation Project. |
