Andy Warner is a second-year masters student at the Center for Cartoons Studies in Vermont. His recently published comic, The Man who Built Beirut, tells the story of the assassination of late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. It is a brilliant comic that documents a transformative period in Lebanon's political history and speaks to the vibrancy of the Lebanese comic scene.
