Leadership Initiatives

Through values-based leadership development and education, PSI provides an opportunity for philanthropists and other social sector leaders to explore the core values that animate their work, and to consider the many ways to align their methods with their motivation. The outcome we seek is to enhance the effectiveness and impact of donors, foundation and nonprofit executives, and the next generation of social sector leaders. These programs are designed for a small, select group of participants, allowing them to learn from each other and from the larger Aspen community.
