Cancellation Policies

Seminars
Enrollees who cannot attend their scheduled seminar can transfer on a space-available basis to another seminar held within one year of the original seminar date. If an enrollee decides not to transfer but to cancel an application, she must alert the Institute 120 days prior to the start of the seminar start date for a full refund. Should the enrollee inform the Institute less than 120 days prior to the seminar start date, the following charges will be applied: Participants who cancel between 119 and 45 days prior to the seminar start date will be charged 50% of the total fee; participants who cancel less then 45 days prior to the seminar start date will forfeit the entire fee. All cancellation charges may be avoided by sending a suitable replacement participant.
