What are Custom Seminars?
Aspen Institute Custom Seminars are tailored seminars that address specific business growth and leadership development issues facing major corporations and other organizations. Seminars are designed for 12 to 24 people and will utilize the moderated dialogue format that is part of the Aspen Institute heritage.

The Aspen Institute works with individual companies to co-develop one to three-day custom seminars that leverage the content and facilitation skills of the Aspen Institute to deliver real results in real time. These seminars will tap into the Institutes historic strength in values-based leadership.

We partner with our clients to deliver the following services:

a. Identify specific issues and desired outcomes
b. Develop seminar agenda and select pre-conference reading materials
c. Moderate the seminar
d. Contribute to writing agreed upon action steps to achieve desired outcomes
e. Provide all logistical support

Custom Seminar Facilities and Services
Custom Seminars are held at either Aspen Meadows in Aspen, Colorado or  the Wye River Conference Center on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Both locations are ideal settings for holding custom seminars. We have a diverse selection of Aspen Institute trained moderators skilled at facilitating dialogues around complex and challenging issues, and an additional resource pool of subject specific subject matter experts who are drawn upon as needed.

Aspen Institute Sponsored Conferences

What is an Aspen Institute Sponsored Conference?
Aspen Institute Sponsored Conferences are subject-specific conferences designed for 25 or more people on important subjects where business and policy issues intersect.

The Aspen Institute works with selected partners to co-develop the conference agenda to meet the sponsors goals and effectively combine their practical expertise with the Institutes policy expertise in addressing the specific issue.

We work closely with our conference partner to provide the following services:

a. Issue and speaker selection
b. Co-develop the conference agenda and select pre-conference reading materials
c. Co-moderate the conference
d. Contribute to writing the next steps and action items
e. Provide all logistical support

Sponsored Conferences Facilities and Services
Sponsored conferences can be held at either, Aspen Meadows in Aspen, Colorado or the Wye River Conference Center on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Both locations are ideal settings for hosting these sponsored conferences. We have a diverse selection of policy programs headed by a director from the Aspen Institute which can provide both content and access to outside policy experts.
