About Us
The Society of Fellows (SOF) of the Aspen Institute is a donor group dedicated to cultivating the mission of the Institute and appreciating its intellectual exploration and open-minded dialogue.
More than 1200 leaders from around the world, representing business, education, the arts, and public service support the Institute programs and are invited to participate in symposia held in Aspen during the winter and summer.
These symposia are designed by the Institute exclusively for the Society of Fellows.
SOF donors also enjoy a wide variety of exclusive activities throughout the year, including discussion receptions in Fellows' homes in Aspen, book events in Washington, DC. and New York, and special discounts for Institute events.
Fellows also gain priority access to our public programs such as the Aspen Ideas Festival and the McCloskey Speaker Series.
