9:00: "Why should the military play such an important role in development?"

21:00: "It is high-growth firms that drive countries...right this minute, 40% of the GDP in the United States is created in firms that didn't exist in 1980...only 14% of those had venture capital...of our 500 fastest growing firms, 65% never had a written business plan!"
