In our digital world, the tension between our privacy and our rights is a matter that may be beyond our control. Should this change the way we live in the digital world? What are the ramifications? What are our rights? Constitutional expert Jeffrey Rosen will engage students in these questions, and an exploration of the changing landscape unfolding before us. How does the First Amendment Right to Free Speech relate to our digital lives? Should we all have the “Right to be Forgotten” on the Internet?
