Meditation
We spend our days circling the sun, circling love, circling ourselves. This dance around the sacred circle keeps us in balance through life’s most joyous and tumultuous moments. “Dance, when you’ve broken open. Dance, if you’ve torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance, when you’re perfectly free.” Where around the circle are you dancing today – are you dancing through grief, through pain, through the mundane, or through celebration? “I have lived on the lop of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door,” Rumi writes. “It opens. I’ve been knocking from the inside!” What are you searching for today? What answers already lie within, and how can you rest when you don’t know the reasons?
