At Aspen Summer Words 2014, previously unpublished author Alexandra Oliva met her agent, Lucy Carson of the Friedrich Agency, who worked with Oliva and eventually sold her first novel, The Last One, to Ballantine Bantam Dell, a Random House imprint.
