In South Africa, one in every two youth is unemployed and at risk for long-term workforce exclusion. Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, founded by Aspen Global Leadership Network Fellow and 2015 McNulty Prize Laureate Nicola Galombik, works with young job-seekers to help them overcome institutional factors that limit employment opportunities.
