 Washington, DC, November 13, 2014 – Public registration is now open to the Aspen Ideas Festival 2015, which will feature innovative ideas and smart solutions to the world’s toughest challenges June 25 – July 4, 2015, in Aspen, Colorado. Presented by the Aspen Institute and The Atlantic, the Festival is the nation’s premier public gathering place for leaders from around the globe and across many disciplines to present and disucss the ideas and issues that both shape our lives and challenge our times.

Spotlight Health, June 25-28, will offer speakers and participants a deep dive into four thematic tracks exploring new frontiers in health, including navigating global health threats, design and technology in health, health-generating strategies to reduce global inequality, and the “science of the possible.”

The rest of the week, the Aspen Ideas Festival, June 28 – July 4 will focus on the endangered American dream, our environmental future, challenges to democracy, and smart solutions to our most complex problems. Festival 1, June 28 – July 1, will add the topics of violence and American culture, the beauty of mathematics, oceans, and justice in the arts. Festival 2, July 1 – 4, will consider the mind, education and the information era, faith and belief, and making arts work, in addition to the three week-long topics above.
