Victor Arias to join the board of advisors, bringing business and entrepreneurial expertise

Washington, D.C., February 26, 2021 – Victor Arias, Managing Director and Partner in Charge of the Dallas Fort-Worth office of Diversified Search Group, has joined the Advisory Board of the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society (AILAS), announced Domenika Lynch, Executive Director.

“We are pleased that Victor has joined the Board,” said Gaddi Vasquez, Chairman of the Aspen Institute Latinos and Society Advisory Board. “Victor has been involved in the creation of some of the most distinguished Latino business organizations in the country, and we look forward to leaning into his expertise and commitment to the economic advancement of Latino business owners as AILAS moves forward in their mission.”

Lynch added, “Victor has been a pioneer for the Latino business community through his work with Latino Business Action Network and other organizations. We are confident that he will provide valuable perspectives as we expand our work to strengthen business ecosystems to support Latino entrepreneurs during this critical time.”

Victor is Managing Director of Diversified Search Group and also the practice leader of the Consumer practice and the Real Estate practice, and a core member of the Board of Directors practice.  Arias has previously served on numerous boards including Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (NASDAQ:PLKI) and the Stanford University Board of Trustees.  He currently serves on the boards of the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is a co-founder of a number of organizations including the Latino Corporate Directors Association, the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (now Prospanica),  and the Latino Business Action Network, which is the key collaborator with Stanford University for the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative.
