Caroline helps to lead Institute-wide strategic development. Previously, Caroline served as the managing director for the Citizenship and American Identity Program. In this role, Caroline helped to lead initiatives focused on the challenge of sustaining democratic and civic culture in the United States. Caroline joined the Aspen Institute in 2014. Caroline holds a master’s degree in public policy management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University.
