Alejandra Covarrubias has 8 years of banking experience, working with multinational teams across different departments. In February 2017 she joined Fomento Social Banamex to coordinate the institutional programs and projects, focused on benefiting the most in need through philanthropy. Since September 2017 she has coordinated the social entrepreneurship program of the foundation, building long term and productive relations with allies in the ecosystem to trigger the impact of social and environmental entrepreneurs. She earned a BSc Economics by Universidad Panamericana, Mexico and MSc International Money and Banking by University of Bath, United Kingdom. Selected to participate in the ANDE Annual Conference.
