Brianna Birchett serves as the Program Coordinator for the Rodel Public Leadership Fellowship, which seeks to enhance our democracy by identifying and bringing together the nation’s most promising political leaders from across the political spectrum to explore, through study and conversation, the underlying values and principles of American democracy and the responsibilities of public leadership.
Prior to joining The Aspen Institute, Brianna received a Fulbright grant to conduct qualitative and policy research on a religious minority in South India. Building upon three years of prior research, Brianna spent a further nine months living in Bengaluru, Karnataka and regularly visited small, rural villages for fieldwork. She has also worked at the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation as the National Campaign Coordinator, where she helped facilitate large fundraising events. She is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in International Studies.
