Cara Minardi

Cara Minardi is a senior program manager for the Aspen Challenge. Her primary responsibilities are to oversee operations and content development for the Aspen Challenge events. Before the Aspen Challenge, Cara worked for the Conference Services Department at the Aspen Institute where she managed a variety of public and policy program events in Aspen and in cities around the world. Prior to working for the Aspen Institute, Cara was a legal assistant for Ellenoff Grossman and Schole in New York. In college, she worked on a team in Bangladesh to produce a dissertation on climate change and its impact on the country’s ecosystems and economy. She also studied political science in Alicante, Spain. She has a B.A. from Muhlenberg College with a major in International Studies with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies, and a minor in Spanish. Cara recently moved to Connecticut, but her love for the outdoors and adventure is what made Aspen feel like home. She is an avid skier, hiker, hot yoga enthusiast, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Mike and son, Theo.
