Carlos Mendoza is a creative young Latinx leader with a passion for community service and storytelling. He has a long track record of service with community and charitable organizations. Carlos hopes to tell stories that highlight the art, roots, revitalization, and the people of St. Louis. Through these stories, Carlos wishes to discover the culture of what St. Louis is and how best to share it with others. Carlos said, “I see myself telling the stories of those unnoticed, hurt, and scared in our society. The stories that inspire hearts and enlighten minds, are the ones I wish to create.” Selected as a 2021 Aspen Young Leaders Fellow- St. Louis.
