Chioke Mose-Telesford is the Deputy Director of Workforce Development for the City of Detroit, focusing on building workforce pipelines in tech and advanced manufacturing, as well as programs for youth. She previously worked at Grand Circus as Director of Community Programs where she worked with schools, foundations, workforce agencies, employers, and nonprofits to develop programs focused on youth and adult workforce development to build an inclusive tech workforce made up of Detroiters. Chioke has also worked in operations management in Atlanta and in the education sector in New York and Detroit where she focused on academic achievement and college access.

A dedicated alumna, Chioke holds a BA in African and African American Studies from Stanford University and is President of the Stanford Club of Michigan. Chioke is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Detroit Alumnae Chapter and serves as co-chair of Economic Development.

Chioke Mose-Telesford is a member of the Detroit Workforce System Leadership Development Academy Class of 2017, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
