Daniel Trujillo is senior program manager at the College Excellence Program, leading projects that promote excellent and equitable pathways into the labor market and foster economic opportunity for all. Prior to joining CEP, Daniel analyzed national education policies and provided policy advice to countries as a consultant with the OECD Directorate for Education and Skills. He also previously worked at Jobs for the Future supporting states and regions in the development of college and career pathways, and he supported school turnaround efforts across the country while working at Mass Insight. Daniel began working in education as a chemistry and music teacher and administrator at a small public high school, leading efforts to develop and implement college and career pathways in the arts. Daniel holds a B.S. in chemical biology and a B.A. in music from the University of California (Berkeley), an M.A. in educational administration from the California State University (Los Angeles), and an M.P.A. from Sciences Po (Paris).
