Chicago native Deb Lawrence is a digital marketing professional with strong communication and analytical skills, including proven abilities to achieve consistent business growth goals in multiple industries. Her experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, non-profit organizations and consumer products has contributed to her success with workforce development programs.

Currently she is the Director of Business Services & Community Outreach for Arlington Heights based, Business & Career Services Inc. The mission of Business and Career Services Incorporated (BCS) is to connect business with job seekers and youth through an integrated system of career-related services. Serving as staff to the consortium of partners that comprise the North Suburban Cook County American Job Center. Deb has been a critical member of BCS since early 2011, experiencing growth and many changes in the workforce industry.

She is an exceptional team player known for utilizing solid internal and external relationships to create practical solutions to complex business issues. “Win-win-win” solutions are her mantra. She completed her B.S. degree in Foods & Nutrition at the University of Illinois, Urbana, IL, and completed her MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management. She has also been an active volunteer serving on the Executive Board of Directors, Publicity Club of Chicago, since 2008, receiving numerous industry awards. In her free time, Deb enjoys studying Conversational Spanish, weight lifting and cooking.
