Elinor Bunin Munroe is an Emmy award-winning creator, designer, and producer of live-action and animated films. Her films have been shown on all major television networks and at Cannes, Venice, and other leading festivals in the United States and Europe. They have received more than 100 major awards and are included in the collection of the Museum of Television and Radio. Prior to forming her own company, she was creative director of WNET (public TV), senior designer for CBS Television, and a painter whose work was shown in leading exhibitions. She is a graduate of New York University, with a Masters Degree from Columbia. She has been a board member of the American Federation of the Arts and the National Academy of TV Arts and Sciences, among others, and is currently a board member of The Film Society of Lincoln Center, which recently announced that their new Film Center Building will be named for her.
