Emmanuel Adewale is from Florissant, Missouri and a second-year student at the University of Chicago. His major is undecided, but he is exploring a possible major in the areas of computer science, music, or psychology. Emmanuel is the Outreach Chair for his university’s chapter of Active Minds, a national non-profit organization focused on education and advocacy surrounding mental health on college campuses across the country. He hopes to use his education to craft creative initiatives and solutions to help young people find their passions, create their own change in the communities where they live, and embrace creativity in their own way. Emmanuel Adewale is an Aspen Young Leaders Fellow in the 2020-2021 St. Louis cohort.
