Fawzia Ratanshi is a policy professional currently working for the Ontario Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development in the area of workforce development policy and program design. Her policy and program development experience spans across a variety of sectors, including immigration and settlement, occupational health and safety, and child welfare. Prior to joining the Ontario Public Service, Fawzia worked at the United Way Toronto and the Canadian Women’s Foundation leading and developing specialized grant programs and capacity building initiatives. 


Fawzia Ratanshi is a member of the Toronto Sector Skills Academy, Class of 2018, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
