As Program Manager in the Business & Society Program, Felicia spends her time focusing on the Long Term Strategy Group, an innovation lab for organizations looking to curb the impact of short-termism on business thinking and create a new framework for the role of business in building healthy societies.
Prior to the Aspen Institute, Felicia worked for consulting, media and independent training organizations managing executive leadership convenings as well as integrated content strategies for organizations like IBM, Salesforce, LexisNexis and OpenText. Her executive convenings have covered a range of issues: the future of AI, diversity & inclusion, design thinking, customer experience transformation, social media adoption, corporate strategy, training & development, infrastructure resilience, the future of healthcare, and more.
Felicia’s mission has always been to socialize dialogue that matters – to provide platforms that amplify thought leadership from the world’s most innovative, entrepreneurial and visionary leaders. She is obsessed with both doing things right, and also with doing the right things: developing high-level content that solves pain points, showcases innovation and inspires hope for the future of industries.
