Genevieve supports ANDE members to measure the social, economic, and environmental impact of small and growing businesses. Before ANDE, Genevieve spent several years living in Tanzania working for the coffee importer Sustainable Harvest, sourcing coffee from smallholder farmers for specialty coffee markets. Genevieve also conducted research for ACDI/VOCA on food security and grain markets in Zimbabwe, and conducted research at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University on cultural differences in charitable giving. Genevieve has an MBA from the George Washington University, and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
