Gianna Cook, is a senior Great Oaks Legacy Charter School in Newark, NJ. She is the middle child of Bishop Gregory Cook and Pastor LaVelle Cook. Gianna has been a minister in training for over two years. Gianna moderates a weekly teen girls prayer line every called Girlz at the Gate. She has spent this past year traveling on numerous college tours; and did community service in Ghana, Africa last summer through Global Leaders Adventures. Gianna is the Vice President of her junior class and very active in student council. She would like to attend Stanford University in Stanford, California in the future to study law. Gianna loves the Lord very much and hopes to impact the youth in her community, to show them that you are never too young to serve God.
