Jack currently works as a Program Supervisor with Pacific Associates. His agency is a small workforce development agency in Seattle, Washington that focuses on employer outreach, client placement, and working with disadvantaged populations. Currently he works in collaboration with the King County Workforce Development Council on a program that provides WorkSource job search services inside of the Maleng Regional Justice Center. The program is designed to help incarcerated individuals transition into employment after release by providing intensive pre and post release case management. He is working on a dislocated worker program with the King County Workforce Development Council to provide opportunities for those affected by layoffs in finding employment and training. He also works on the Seattle Jobs Initiative program, which focuses on providing manufacturing and warehouse training to low income individuals. In June 2017 he received a WorkSource – King County Staff Recognition award for Outstanding Leadership.

Jack Chapman is a member of the Greater Seattle Sector Skills Academy Class of 2016, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
