Meghan Poljak is the current communications intern at the Aspen Institute’s Financial Security Program, assisting the team in implementing various aspects of the program’s communication strategy. Prior to joining Aspen, she worked for The Avenue West as an Account Assistant and Capstone Agency as an Account Executive. There, she worked with clients spanning the healthcare, technology, consumer, and nonprofit sectors. She received her B.A. in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama, where she studied public relations with a focus in nonprofit communication and hospitality management with a focus in event coordination. In her free time, Meghan enjoys exploring the city, playing the drums, and volunteering.
