Nonzwakazi Hill has over 15 years of experience working in Youth Services but has a lifetime of passion and love for this work. Nonzwakazi is the Manager of Youth Services with SER Metro-Detroit. Nonzwakazi oversees programming and an alternative education center on the East side of Detroit for more than 200 youth ages 16-24. Nonzwakazi is an expert in career and educational planning for opportunity youth while addressing their barriers to success. Nonzwakazi has presented workshops and trainings statewide to assist with outreach and recruitment for various youth programs. Nonzwakazi is a lifelong resident of the City of Detroit and is deeply committed to the future of the City she loves through her work with youth.
Nonzwakazi Hill is a member of the Detroit Workforce Leadership Academy Class of 2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
