Olivia O’Neil is Senior Operations Manager for the Leadership Division. She oversees operations and events for the Leadership Division, including the coordination of the Resnick Aspen Action Forum, a signature summer event of the Aspen Institute and one of the Institute’s premier platforms for sparking real, necessary, and lasting change across the world. Since its inception, the Action Forum has inspired thousands of entrepreneurial leaders to enhance and deepen their leadership, form relationships, and build capacities for tackling the foremost societal challenges of our time. In addition to the Forum, Olivia coordinates a number of custom leadership seminars and global alumni gatherings each year.
Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Olivia served as an Associate Director in the Obama White House. During her time there, Olivia produced a number of foreign and diplomatic messaging events for President Obama in over 23 states and 6 countries. Her team managed more than 1,500 events which resulted in more than 3.7 million visitors to the White House over the course of the Obama Administration. Olivia graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia in 2014 and has a certificate in Budget and Finance from Georgetown University. She is a 5th generation Coloradoan from Boulder.
